This exhibition presents us with the broad and versatile panorama of the eighties of the 20th century in Spain, through the most outstanding artistic creations (painting, sculpture, photography, fashion, music...) of that time. We see, thus, how trends coexist and give rise to different urban tribes that revolutionize customs, proof of how in this decade there is no clear current that brings together creators within a single style, and allows us to get closer to that definitive period. for contemporary art in our country. We are faced with a selection of works that are the memory of the complexity and variety, of the artistic creation of one of the most fruitful and multifaceted periods of the last century in our country.
