solidarity concert to benefit APPRENDE

The Benalmádena City Council has served as the stage to present the solidarity concert to benefit the Benalmádena APPRENDE Association, focused on children with special needs, which will take place on Saturday, November 18, at the House of Culture of Arroyo de la Honey.


The event was presented by the councilor for Citizen Participation, María Luisa Robles, together with her counterpart in Culture, Jesica Trujllo, and the head of the association Carolina Escobar. The entrance fee to attend the event is only six euros and everything will go towards promoting the work of this association.


The Councilor for Citizen Participation has commented on the importance between the link between Culture and Music, in addition to thanking “the important work” that APPRENDE carries out in the municipality, “with all the children of Benalmádena whom it helps and the workshops to make them their life more autonomous and easier.”


The Councilor for Culture, for her part, has invited all residents of the municipality and visitors to participate in this solidarity event, whose tickets can be purchased at Papelería-Librería Arte Nova, Deportes Trebol and Centro de Ocio Siglo XX.


The head of the Musical Association, Elisabeth Arnau, for her part, has commented on the different musical pieces that will be played during the concert on November 18, at 7:30 p.m., since she has invited people to collaborate with a good cause with the Quartet. of Clarinets “Lignum” and “Senderos Musicales Hispanos-Argentinos”.


The person in charge of APPRENDE, Carolina Escobar, has detailed to the media the great activity that her association carries out with children with special needs during the summer camp and different workshops that are carried out throughout the year. Furthermore, she has taken the opportunity to thank the Benalmádena City Council for its collaboration with the transfer of the House of Culture to host this activity.
