Adelaida de la Calle Martín is a professor of Cellular Biology at the University of Málaga (1999), a Doctor in Biology from the University of La Laguna (1975), and is also a researcher and scientific disseminator.

On the occasion of the celebration of International Women's Day, Adelaide will take us into a historical, critical and sociological study of how women have contributed significantly to science since its beginnings.
