TIME TRAVEL. JEWELLERY WORKSHOP IN PREHISTORY

Children will discover how the inhabitants of the Neolithic lived in Benalmádena, specifically, in the caves located in the Sierrezuela, where pieces of jewellery such as bracelets have been found.

Through audiovisual images and books, they will learn about how our Neolithic ancestors lived and how they decorated their bodies with necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings. It is completed with a jewellery creation workshop simulating those used in ancient times, with materials such as shells, seeds, ropes, bones.

'Time travel' is an initiative where the little ones will discover the rich history of Benalmádena. One Saturday a month, we will embark on an exciting journey through time, exploring different historical periods of our municipality.
