More than 2000 people took part in the Festival of International Christmas Traditions which was held in Plaza de la Mezquita , Arroyo de la Miel.

More than 15 nationalities took part in the festive atmosphere which brought together different cultures, traditions, folklore and foods and gave visitors a chance to see how people from different nationalities who live in the town celebrate Christmas.

The mayor, Paloma García, accompanied by Foreign Residents Councillor, Adolfo Fernandez, inaugurated the fifth edition of the event which had been supported by the Foreign Residents’ Department and was deemed a huge success.
