The Ministry of Tax and Public Administration has responded to the request from Benalmadena town hall to revise the tax value of properties in the town.

The revision will mean reduction of up to 15% and responds to a request presented by the mayor, Paloma García, when she took up her position.

She announced that the measure will alleviate the pressure of taxes on catering establishments, shops and businesses in the town. She explained that it will also benefit all local residents carrying out property transactions, paying their taxes or requesting grants.
